As always high quality merchandise with a nice website. I have a few caveats, your screen rendering is rather slow and you should seriously consider changing your shipping to the Royal Mail, Hermes really does not make the cut, it is slow and delays things, and I suspect given the dust and dirt on the packaging that it is not stored, processed and transported to a standard that is commensurate with your brand.

No free returns.

Very disappointed to find that Lands End don’t offer free returns. Unacceptable now that internet shopping is so routine, and shops are all closed so there’s no other way to try clothes on. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Returned an item in November 2020 and got my refund in Feb 2021 after PayPal got involved.

Returned an item in November 2020. Waited a couple weeks for my refund but no sign of it. Emailed Customer Services in December with my Royal Mail tracking number which showed it was returned. Customer services advised that they had authorised the refund and because I paid through PayPal to bring it up with them. Or wait 10 working days for it to show up in my account. I waited another couple weeks hoping that it would show up but nope. Emailed customer services again and they said they processed the refund and to take it up with PayPal. Got in touch with PayPal and they advised NO SUCH REFUND HAD EVER BEEN ISSUED. I then had to open a case in the resolution centre with PayPal and provide the Royal Mail tracking receipt and this went back and forth between Lands End and me for weeks. Finally, this month, PayPal ruled in favour of me and I finally got my refund.Never have I had this experience with a company before and it has 100% put me off ever buying from then ever again. Over 3 months to get a refund like.

Excellent Customer Service

I contacted the company about a fault with an item. I spoke to a lovely lady in Customer Service who completely understood my complaint. She rectified the situation straight away. I would definitely recommend LandsEnd.

Excellent - Always a pleasure to deal with

Always a pleasure to deal with - great quality products (the expedition parka is blisteringly warm at -23c!) and excellent customer service staffed by v pleasant and helpful individuals

Good customer service

Just after Christmas, I had to return a pair of boots for an exchange as they were too big. I received no communications from Lands' End for a couple of weeks, so I decided to contact them via the chat feature on their website to enquire about the whereabouts of the parcel, as according to the courier company it still hadn't reached Lands' End. The customer service adviser told me that due to Covid 19 they were experiencing some delays with processing all the returns and exchange items. He kindly arranged for the size smaller boots to be sent to me, even though they haven't even received the original boots back. The boots arrived within two days and they fit perfectly.

Very prompt delivery

Very prompt delivery, correct items delivered and seem to be of good quality. Generous sizing, if I order more T shirts would go one size down.

Very pleased with the quality of the…

Very pleased with the quality of the sweater and cashmere cardigan I bought for my husband as a Christmas present. I had an initial issue with the order but the customer services team resolved it very quickly and I got the product delivered to me in time for Christmas. I really appreciated this extra effort due to the shopping restrictions that were already in place in December. I will continue to buy from them as they care about their customers! Great product, excellent service and reliable supply. Well done to the Lands’End team!

Very poor service

I placed an order online and received an email confirmation which stated that a further email would be sent confirming the order details. Nothing arrived so I rang customer services to be told they had received 5000 orders and mine was sitting there waiting to be processed. After another 3 days I rang again to be told one of the items was now out of stock which was probably why my order had never been placed. I have now cancelled this order as I have no confidence in this company and won’t use them again.

Beware USA styling, though it does not say this!

Interesting reading other reviews; I too have been given the reason that Lands' End is a USA company, so things are done differently. Ordered a gilet, arrived on time, very nice, but the zip is on the wrong side for a woman. It is classed as a 'Womens' gilet, not unisex. I just hope my 83 year old mum can deal with the confusion, if not I have to pay to return it!!

Website is poor

Website is poor, difficult to view your orders. Not all of my orders show up. Confirmation email says I will receive another email detailing items and payment- never received. Tried to phone to cancel an order on 24hr line, unable to get through. Emailed within a few hours of placing the order and they replied about a different order number than the one I asked about saying it had already been sent... well now it has. Hard to believe such a big company is operating so poorly

Can't Trust Despatch

On the 25th Nov 2020 I ordered a pair of Men's Denim Jeans 40" waist x 32" leg. 1st Dec the package arrived it was a ladies grey dress though the packing note was for the jeans as per order.I telephoned Lands End, initially the lady I spoke to thought is was funny but soon apologised when I said I was not amused. She said she would re-order the jeans. Later in the day I recieved a telephone call from Michael at Lands End. Who sincerely apologised, checked to make sure they had the jeans in stock, which they had and said he would get the order dispatched immediately and refund the delivery charges for my original order. Refund credited back as promised so I cannot fault their customer Service. Today 7th Dec 2020 the Jeans arrived. with a 29" leg not 32" as ordered. The office had even written on the packing-note "Please check the Hem is 32" . Obviously whoever packed the product did not check anything. The first delivery you could clearly see it was not denim jeans and the second delivery you can clearly see on the packaging the jeans were 29" leg.I cannot fault customer service at all But the warehouse packers are a lot to be desired. I wont use the company again.
